Using Otzar
By creating an account or using Otzar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Your vault and content
You retain ownership of the goals, plans, milestones, tasks, notes, Moves, and other content you add to Otzar. You give us permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you add.
Invitations and share cards
You are responsible for the people you invite and the content you choose to share. Anyone with an active share-card link can view the information included on that card, so use the privacy controls before sharing and do not include information you do not want others to see. You can revoke a share link from Otzar, but copies or screenshots made before revocation may remain outside the service.
Planning and financial-progress information
Otzar is a planning and progress-tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice. Money Moves are progress records, not instructions or recommendations. Otzar does not hold, custody, transfer, or initiate transfers of funds. Decisions you make based on information in the service are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Otzar, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, send unwanted invitations, or use the service to violate another person's rights. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or the public.
Plans, product changes, and intellectual property
Otzar may offer free or paid plans. Current features, limits, pricing, and any additional billing terms are presented when offered. Otzar and its visual identity, software, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights needed to use the service, these Terms do not grant you rights in Otzar's materials.
Availability, suspension, and liability
We work to keep Otzar available and useful, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may stop using Otzar at any time. We may suspend or end access as described in these Terms or when reasonably necessary to protect the service. To the extent permitted by law, Otzar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Otzar evolves. When we do, we will post the revised Terms and update the effective date on this page. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the service.
